Cranmore Executive Search Referral Scheme
Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Cranmore Executive Search Referral Scheme.

1.2. By participating in this Referral Scheme, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Cranmore Executive Search reserves the right to amend or terminate the Referral Scheme at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must have a pre-existing relationship with Cranmore Executive Search.

3. Referral Process

3.1. Participants must refer potential clients to Cranmore Executive Search.

3.2. Referrals must be made in writing via email.

3.3 Only the first referral resulting in a successful placement will be eligible for the donation under the Referral Scheme.

4. Donation

4.1 Cranmore Executive Search pledges to donate 20% of the profits from successful placements resulting from referrals to the charity Children in Crossfire.

4.2 The donation will be made within 30 days of the successful placement.

4.3. Participants acknowledge and agree that their referrals contribute to this charitable donation.

4.4. Proof of donation can be provided to the participant upon request.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1. Participants must ensure that their referrals comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2. Participants must not engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior in connection with the Referral Scheme.

5.3. Participants must obtain consent from their referrals before submitting their information to Cranmore Executive Search.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Cranmore Executive Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Referral Scheme.

6.2. Participants agree to indemnify Cranmore Executive Search against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation in the Referral Scheme.

7. General

7.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Cranmore Executive Search regarding the Referral Scheme.

7.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Referral Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

7.3. by participating in the Cranmore Executive Search Referral Scheme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
